Oh boy, how I’ve dreamed of this day.
So, the series I’ve been working on since 2017, of which more than half the chapters were translated just last month, is The Dutch Slope’s Western Cafe.
It’s a slice of life, cafe romance webnovel with a lot, and I say a lot, of Nagasaki’s traditional confectionery and food.
It’s by the same author of Hokuou Kizoku to Moukinzuma no Yukiguni Karigurashi, which is fully translated by Kudarajin.
It’s a short series comprising of 30 chapters and 3 extra stories, which as of right now, I have completely translated.
The only reason I’m not posting everything at once is because I’m still in the process of editing most of the chapters.
Hopefully, that will give me enough time to edit everything.
I will be releasing two chapters a day, with the last 3 extra stories released together.
This will also be released on my site exclusively.
For my own management, all chapters are linked in the Table of Contents, but the links won’t be live until each chapter releases.
Due to the incredibly large number of references to Nagasaki locations, confectionery and food, I will be using a new note format that appears when you hover over text like this.
With all that said, welcome to The Dutch Slope’s Western Cafe!

Awesome~!!!
— Thanks for sharing this series to us~ ^^.
—— Just what you’ve said and the description of this series made me want to read it.!! One of my favorites that I can always read again is Hokuou Kizoku to Moukinzuma no Yukiguni Karigurashi, so knowing this series is from the same author is incredibly tempting.!!
Just found this and about to embark on it – thanks for your work to make it available to others!
