Here’s Chapter 261,
The army reaches Abuero but there’s no time to stop.
But there might be enough time to make a quick detour on the way to Sabrusta.

Here’s Chapter 260,
If anyone had been wondering what Daska looked like, you get to find out in this chapter.
Virus is pretty much clear in the area I’m so it’s back to the office for me during the week.
I’m going to miss that extra hour of sleep I got each morning working from home.
Here’s Chapter 259,
An army marches on its stomach and a stomach marches on good food.
For anyone wondering where this chapter lines up with the light novels, the begining of this arc marks the end of volume 8.
Just a few site updates I would like to note.
Firstly, it looks like when I switched hosting, it also dropped all subscribes/follows.
If you haven’t been receiving updates, you might need to follow again.
The follow button should now show up on the left side of the page in desktop and tablet or at the bottom on mobile.
Secondly, I now have ads running on the site, in case no one has noticed.
Since I’m now running a proper site, I’ve set that up for running costs and a bit of pocket change.
Let me know if anyone has any issues with the ads, since unlike on MBC, I now have direct control over ads on this site.
Lastly, I’ve updated a few pages on the site that were still redirecting to MBC, not sure how I missed those, but those should all be fixed now.
If anyone has read this far, thanks for reading. I’ll be working overtime on my job when this posts, but if anything goes wrong I’ll get to it as soon as I can.
Here’s Chapter 258,
And so the war arc begins. Daska looks like he has a fair bit of pull around the nobles, wonder how he got that. And for those who don’t care about him, they’re fair game for a beating.
I mentioned this earlier in one of my oneshot posts, but if you’re still not getting RSS updates, you might have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to the feed. I’ve taken a look on my end, but it doesn’t look like I can change anything that might stop it from showing up for whatever reason. Sorry about that.
Here’s Chapter 257,
This chapter officially marks the end of the Axe of the Thunder God arc.
With the next chapter, the War with the Bestir Empire arc begins.
A few changes to the ToC page. I’ve finally set up accordians for the headers, which I’ve wanted to do for so long but couldn’t without plugins.
This is being posted roughly 12:30am, right after I finished running ~3 hours of dungeons in WoW with friends so I hope i didn’t mess anything up with this post. If I did, it will get fixed when I wake up, whenever that is ahaha.
Here’s Chapter 256,
Some of you have already guessed what Rei was going to ask Elk to do, after all the war arc starts in two chapters.
I’ve successfully transfered the site to a new host, so thanks for bearing with the time that the site was down.
In isolation news for the week, I’ve hit lvl 120 in World of Warcraft and am now enjoying the gameplay that is reputation grind and N’zoth.
It also turns out I’ve missed an illustration from several chapters back. It was when Rei rescued Min and Rhodes in chapter 251. It’s now been inserted back, but in case anyone wanted to see it without going back, here it is.

Here’s Chapter 255,
Everyone gets back to Gilm and Guild Master Marina wants to know how this all started.
Here’s Chapter 254,
A bit of a filler chapter as things wind down in this mini-arc.
Expect stuff to pick back up though, since war is coming.
Here’s Chapter 253,
A non-April fools version this time.
Apologies for the delayed release from normal.
I completely forgot that daylight saving time ended where I am today, so it messed around with my post timing.
Another year, another April, another April Fools chapter.
This one shouldn’t be too hard to read if you can find the right reverse translator.
Hint: It’s WingDings
Legend Chapter 253 April Fools
Actual chapter release will be next Sunday as usual if you can’t read this one.
EDIT: In an unfortunate turn of events, I completely forgot that March has 31 days, resulting in this getting posted a day early. Looks like I’m the fool this time ahaha.
