Here’s Chapter 170,

I did mention what the Gamelion was a few chapters back but for those who missed it,

Here’s Chapter 169,

Rolling on with the weekly chapters.
We get a new character for this arcs hunting quest.

To be honest my thesis had hit some rough patches over the past few months but things are finally smoothing out.
Working on some image processing stuff right now……I just need to make my algorithm stop making triangles disappear.

And here is Chapter 168,

It’s the start of a new arc, but a few things have to be wrapped up first.

Not sure how many of you will read this since you might end up going straight to this chapter from the previous one, but university work is starting to get pretty heavy for me.

My Master’s thesis results presentation is in just about a month, so if it comes down to having limited time, I’ll have to prioritise that over translating.

But for now, enjoy the new arc.

Here’s Chapter 167,

This chapter was tled by Frozen, so send him your thanks.
Because of that, you also get two chapters today, second one will drop a bit later.

And with that so ends the Azoth Firm arc, it’s been a while but thanks to everyone who stuck through it.
The next arc is a short 13 chapter one called Gamelion, pronounced Gam-me-leon.
It’s hunting season, rabbit season to be exact.

Here’s Chapter 166,

It’s been a hectic week for me.
University workload increased a hefty bit and I’ve had to sit down and work through a lot of things.

Monster Hunter World for PC also launched last week.
I have now experienced rolling around everywhere, getting lost in the main headquarters area, getting carted in front of friends, getting lost in the mission map and missing out on drops because I couldn’t make it back to the Aganath to loot it before it despawned and getting lost because apparently the lance’s charge keeps going during cutscenes and you can’t control the direction.

Here’s Chapter 165,

Rei meets with Daska and Daska gives him an offer.
Also, can any of you guess who will take up Rei’s request to strip materials?

Here’s Chapter 164,

And so this story arc comes to an end, almost.
The last few chapters of the arc deal with handling of rewards and that request Rei handed out………many chapters ago.

After that we move on to the next arc, a short one called Gamelion.
I haven’t read too far ahead, but it’s a monster like the Rabbit of Caerbannog, except bigger, a lot bigger.

Here’s Chapter 163,

When I finally thought that the author had settled down on chapter length, this one is suddenly 20% longer ahahahaha.

Running on very sleep at the moment so not much to say.

Cat’s out the bag and Bolton gets what has been coming to him.

Also, while the arc officially ends at chapter 167, chapter 164 effectively finishes everything.
Chapters 165 to 167 start to lead into the next arc.

Here’s Chapter 162,

This chapter was hard to translate in a variety of ways ahaha, hopefully it’s okay.
Thanks to Frozen for helping out with a horribly worded paragraph I was stuck on.

To be honest, I kind of visualise Demon Soldiers as something like the M.O. opped people from the Terraformars manga.

My condolences to Belgium, who didn’t, although Belgium did take 3rd place by beating England last night.
To England……at least your team is coming home? Better luck next time eh old chaps.

In an eventful week, Monster Hunter World is coming to PC and I will be playing that when it comes out.
Rather unfortunately, it releases the same week as start of uni semester.

Finally, this arc finishes in Chapter 167, not long to go.
